Cineasta chilena-venezolana con una trayectoria marcada por el compromiso social y la exploración artística. Graduada de la Universidad de Chile, inició su carrera como directora de arte, destacándose en películas como Matar a un Hombre y En la Gama de los Grises, esta última premiada en el Festival de Cine de Miami y nominada a los Premios Pedro Sienna.
Becada por el Fondo Audiovisual Chileno, cursó estudios en la EICTV de Cuba, donde se especializó en Dirección de Arte (2013) y más tarde en Dirección de Actores (2017), orientando su carrera hacia la escritura y dirección con énfasis en derechos humanos y perspectiva de género.
Durante cinco años lideró el área audiovisual del Festival FEMCINE y fue docente en la Universidad de Chile. Ha trabajado en documentales centrados en la biodiversidad y el rescate de la cultura Patagonica chilena. Su mirada también ha impactado el mundo del videoclip con trabajos junto a Ana Tijoux, como ANTIFA DANCE y Cacerolazo, este último lanzado durante la revuelta social de 2018.
En 2019 debutó en la ficción con El Milagro, cortometraje premiado en SANFIC, REDFECI y festivales internacionales como el HBO New York Latino Film Festival y FICG. En 2021, dirigió dos capítulos de La Vida de Nosotras, serie nominada a los Emmy Internacionales 2024.
Radicada actualmente en Madrid, cursó un máster en Dirección Cinematográfica en EFTI, donde realizó los cortometrajes El Fin del Placer y Donde Regresa el Tiempo, ambos en postproducción con estreno previsto en 2025. Ese mismo año fue directora de arte del largometraje Latir de Patricio Loutit, filmado en la costa de Concón en Chile.
Entre sus trabajos recientes destaca Tremor, obra experimental que fusiona cine y teatro, rodada en Canarias y estrenada en el Museo Reina Sofía. Actualmente desarrolla su primer largometraje, Nacer de Nuevo, una continuación de El Milagro que explora identidad, fe y disidencia en el Chile contemporáneo.

Chilean-Venezuelan filmmaker with a career marked by social commitment and artistic exploration. A graduate of the University of Chile, she began her career as a production designer, standing out in films such as To Kill a Man and In the Grayscale, the latter awarded at the Miami Film Festival and nominated for the Pedro Sienna Awards.
Awarded a grant from the Chilean Audiovisual Fund, she studied at the International School of Film and Television (EICTV) in Cuba, specializing in Production Design (2013) and later in Directing Actors (2017), focusing her career on screenwriting and directing with an emphasis on human rights and gender perspective.
For five years, she led the audiovisual department of FEMCINE, the Women’s Film Festival in Chile, and taught at the University of Chile. She has worked on documentaries focused on biodiversity and the preservation of Chilean Patagonian culture. Her vision has also made an impact in the music video world, collaborating with Ana Tijoux on works such as ANTIFA DANCE and Cacerolazo, the latter released during the 2018 Chilean social uprising.
In 2019, she made her fiction debut with El Milagro, a short film awarded at SANFIC, REDFECI, and international festivals such as the HBO New York Latino Film Festival and FICG. In 2021, she directed two episodes of La Vida de Nosotras, a series nominated for the 2024 International Emmy Awards.
Now based in Madrid, she completed a Master’s in Filmmaking at EFTI, where she directed the short films The End of Pleasure and Where Time Returns, both in post-production and set to premiere in 2025. That same year, she worked as production designer for the feature film Latir by Patricio Loutit, shot on the Chilean coast in Concón.
Among her recent works is Tremor, an experimental piece that merges film and theater, shot in the Canary Islands and premiered at the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid. She is currently developing her first feature film, Born Again, a continuation of El Milagro that explores identity, faith, and dissent in contemporary Chile.
